All enrolments for 2015-16 have now been rolled over. If you have already enrolled into the new Academic Year you should have access to your courses now.
If you haven't, make sure to complete enrolments via Rover https://registry.rvc.ac.uk - once that is complete you will gain access to your new courses on Learn at the next midday or midnight when enrolments are synchronised.
